Return Policy

 - The user should provide valid purchase proof (such as order number, invoice, etc.).
2. For products or services that meet the return or exchange conditions, our store will provide a refund, exchange, or other reasonable solutions based on the specific circumstances. However, the following products or services may not be eligible for the return or exchange policy:
 - Customized products, personalized products, or products made according to the user's special requirements;
 - Perishable, easily deteriorated, or products with expiration date restrictions;
 - Used, damaged, or products whose value has decreased due to the user's reasons;
 - Software, digital products, electronic gift cards, and other virtual products, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
3. The user shall bear the shipping costs incurred due to the return or exchange, unless the return or exchange is caused by the store's fault (such as product quality issues, wrong shipment, etc.). In such cases, our store will bear the corresponding shipping costs.
